Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are processed and shipped within 2-3 days (subject to payment approval and merchandise availability). Please allow 7-10 days for standard delivery, not including weekends and holidays. You may track your delivery online using the tracking number indicated on your shipping confirmation email.
Customer is responsible for all applicable VAT and customs fees for receiving packages outside of the continental United States.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to the customer when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Merchandise Return Policy
All merchandise must be exchanged or returned within fourteen (14) days, in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or store credit, unless otherwise noted for the individual item. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, damaged, or washed; and must have all tags and labels attached. All “Final Sale” items may not be returned.

Upon approval a return shipping label will be generated for printing. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds & Exchanges
All refunds are made in the original form of payment and will be processed after return item is received. Please allow up to seven (7) days for processing. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this refund to your account, typically three to five (3-5) business days.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed when returned items are received. All refunds are made in the original form of payment. Any returns or exchanges requested after fourteen (14) days are subject to approval and are eligible for store credit only.
Exchanges will be issued as a store credit. Customer can then place a new order online using store credit.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping of merchandise for sale, return and exchange, which may be deducted from refund or charged to card on file, if applicable.
